1. Defining Success: Currently, how much of your leadership meetings is spent discussing the health of existing churches versus the strategy for birthing new ones? Does that ratio need to be reversed?

2. Identifying “Movement Makers”: Beyond pastoral skills, do you have a specific process for identifying “Apostolic” leaders—those who are naturally wired to start new things rather than just manage current ones?

3. Risk and Failure: Can you describe a time Vineyard DACH tried a new evangelistic or planting initiative that failed? How did the Vineyard DACH Leadership Team respond, and what did that reveal about your “theology of risk”?

4. Post-Christian Engagement: In your specific region, what is the “primary objection” to the Gospel? How are your current methodologies specifically designed to answer that objection, rather than just repeating old traditions?

5. The “Front Door” Reality: If a person with zero church background walked into one of your churches this Sunday, what are the three biggest cultural barriers they would face before even hearing the Gospel?

6. Personal Modeling: If the members of Vineyard churches in your region followed your personal lead in evangelism this month (how you spend your time with non-believers), would the network be growing or shrinking?

7. The Multiplication “Minimums”: What is the “Radical Minimum” required to start a new church in your network? Has Vineyard DACH made the process so expensive or complex that it is impossible for a regular leader to reproduce it?

8. The Scarcity vs. Abundance Mindset: When a healthy church is asked to “send” 15% of its best leaders and givers to start a new plant, is the reaction typically one of grief (loss) or celebration (investment)?

9. Pipeline Development: Does Vineyard DACH have a clear “Leadership Pipeline” where a new convert today can see a path toward being a leader or even a church planter in 5 years?

10. The “Empty Chair” Exercise: If all Vineyard DACH churches ceased to exist tomorrow, what would the secular community in your cities actually miss? Does your evangelism solve “community pain” or just “church needs”?

11. Barriers to Speed: What is the “bottleneck” in your current system? Is it a lack of money, a lack of trained leaders, or a lack of permission to innovate?

12. Succession and Next-Generation: How are you intentionally empowering leaders under 30 to shape your current evangelistic methodologies, rather than just asking them to execute the methods of the previous generation?
