Leadership can be incredibly lonely, no matter the role, especially at a small nonprofit, so the experience of the cohort was a gift - I wasn't alone! I wasn't the only one asking questions! I wasn't the only one with doubt about my calling! Navigating the complexities of leading within a nonprofit organization isn't something you should do without the support of a group like the leadership cohort. ~ CAITLYN SNYDER

It gave me a safe place to be real about the “tough nuts” I face in leadership while also giving me practical tools I could put into action. . . . If you’re looking for a place to grow, be inspired, and feel supported as a leader, this is a worthwhile investment of resources and time. ~ KRISTIN SUTTON

This group provided practical career advice, renewed sense of confidence, skills development, and finding a supportive network of like-minded women. ~ LIZA O’NEAL
