You are about to have your mind blown.
A few weeks ago, I posted an article called Diagnosing Organizational Diseases, offering a few ideas on how to become more “organizationally self-aware” in order to identify dysfunctions and chronic problems.
In the article, I asked a few self-assessing questions that might expose where some of the cracks are.
Then recently, I became aware of a relatively new AI program that sounded fascinating. I uploaded a transcript of the article and the AI did the usual thing of writing a brief paragraph overview of the post…but added a twist.
Within a couple of minutes, it created an audio conversation of two AI personalities discussing the article and its various points in such an informal, colloquial way that it shook me. Deeply.
My little brain was blown.
And since we're all friends here, I want to detonate your neurons as well. So we took the AI audio file and inserted it into our usual podcast format with a brief explanation of how, uh, strangely unsettling—but fascinating—it was.

It’s a brave new world. I'm praying Jesus returns before robots apply for youth pastor positions.
Or have they...?
